Cherry Blossom Viewing Walk!
 
 
 


Spring is right round the corner and SAKURA (cherry) is about to blossom!

We have a tradition to enjoy cherry blossom in Japan.
There are lots of spectacular places to enjoy this beauty in Tokyo.

 
 
One of the ways to enjoy SAKURA is just to have a nice walk under the trees.
What's more, cherry blossom only lasts for about a week.
So, if you are planning to visit us now, this is a must-do activity!
 

We organise tours to guide you around beautiful areas.
Please read the details below and let's enjoy the Japanese tradition together!!!





[A] Night Tour

We will go and see the cherry blossoms lit up with LED lights.
After that, we will walk around in the quaint Kagurazaka area.

Date: Monday 2 - Saturday 7 April 2012
*Date is subject to change. If the blossoms does not bloom in time, it is going to be behind schedule.
Time: 7:00pm (The tour takes about 1 hour and half)
Place: Chidorigafuchi Moat, Sotobori Moat and Kagurazaka Street. (It is subject to change)
Fee: FREE!

 - After getting back to the hostel, we will have some tea.
 - Minimum participant number is 5.
 - Please let us know by 6:00pm for each day if you get interested in the tour.




[B] Day Trip

There are tons of places to enjoy cherry blossom in Tokyo.
We will visit Koishikawa Botanical Garden which is famous for its Shidare-zakura (weeping cherry).

Date: Sunday 8 April 2012
Time: 9:00am - 12:00am
Place: Chidorigafuchi Moat, Yasukuni Shrine, Kitanomaru Park, Sotobori Moat through Koishikawa Botanical Garden.
Fee: 900yen (for lunch, softdrink, admission for the park)

 - Application MUST be submitted by the PREVIOUS DAY (7 April) at the reception desk.
